Rolando Park is bordered by College Avenue to the west, Highway 94 to the south, the City of La Mesa to the east and University Avenue to the north. The Rolando Park Community Council meets the second Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at Rolando Park Elementary School, located at 6620 Marlowe Drive.
