Update on CAPP Program

Many of my constituents have asked for updated information relating to the CAPP (Community Assisted Party Plan) Program. Below are the latest statistics for the past 3-month period:

• There are currently 19 CAPPed houses
• 35 houses have been identified, investigated, warned and educated for possible nuisances
• 56 houses have been referred to the CAPP Program for education by SDSU
• 91 total houses have been contacted by SDSU and SDPD
• 4 houses have been CAPPed after receiving education
• 12 noise arrests
• 3 arrests for drunk in public
• 1 misdemeanor narcotic arrest
• 1 misdemeanor arrest for obstructing an officer in his duties and disturbing the peace
