Update on CAPP Program

Many of my constituents have asked for updated information relating to the CAPP (Community Assisted Party Plan) Program. Below are the latest statistics for the past 3-month period:
- There are currently 19 CAPPed houses
- 35 houses have been identified, investigated, warned and educated for possible nuisances
- 56 houses have been referred to the CAPP Program for education by SDSU
- 91 total houses have been contacted by SDSU and SDPD
- 4 houses have been CAPPed after receiving education
- 12 noise arrests
- 3 arrests for drunk in public
- 1 misdemeanor narcotic arrest
- 1 misdemeanor arrest for obstructing an officer in his duties and disturbing the peace
