Cynthia R. Harris - Council Representative

Cynthia Harris serves as Council Representative. She is responsible for advising Councilmember Emerald on water, wastewater, and education issues.

She also serves as the Field Representative for the College area, El Cerrito, and Rancho Encantada. A native San Diegan, Cynthia is a UCSD graduate.
