Xema Jacobson - Chief of Staff

Xema Jacobson serves as the District 7 Chief of Staff. With extensive experience in both the public and private sector, Xema is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the District 7 office, staff, and budget.

In addition, she oversees appointments to boards and commissions, labor relations, SD Data Processing Corp., Audit Committee, Budget Committee, the Ethics Commission, and Managed Competition.

Xema is also a native San Diegan and a graduate of San Diego State University.
