Don Mullen - Chief of Policy and PS&NS Committee Consultant

Don Mullen is the Chief of Policy for Councilmember Marti Emerald and Consultant to the Public Safety and Neighborhood Services Committee. He advises Councilmember Emerald on all policy issues and oversees the CCDC, SEDC, Rules Committee, Intergovernmental Affairs and special projects.

Don is a recent graduate of Harvard University Kennedy School of Government Senior Executives in State and Local Government program.
