Don Mullen - Chief of Policy

Don Mullen is a twenty five-year resident of San Diego, having relocated from Davenport, Iowa in 1980. Don has a long history of small business ownership and management. His business experiences cover a wide range including commercial signage, direct mail and specialty advertising, retail sporting goods and economic development. While growing his businesses, Don has always been an outspoken advocate for small business and civic responsibility. He currently is the Chief of Policy for Councilmember Jim Madaffer. Don oversees policy formulation, CCDC, League of California Cities, Public Safety, Environmental issues and special projects. Presently, Don is the past President of the Pacific Beach Town Council and is a Director for the PB Lions Club and the Pacific Beach Community Foundation.
