Councilmember David Alvarez joined the San Diego Police Department and Toys for Tots as they invited students from Burbank, Kimbrough, Logan, Perkins, Sherman & Rodriguez Elementary Schools, grades K-3, to meet Santa Claus. Special thanks to Flavia Soria, Principal of Kimbrough Elementary School and Mark Jones, Central Division Captain of the San Diego Police Department for their assistance in organizing this event.
