Ginna is a graduate of the University of San Diego, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with minors in Political Science and Business Administration. Ginna joined the City of San Diego’s Eighth District team as an intern during her last year at USD and now manages the Councilmember’s schedule.
