Abigail Santos
Council Representative
Abigail Santos serves as Councilmember Emerald's representative to the community of City Heights in the neighborhoods of Chollas Creek, Fairmount Village, Fox Canyon, Islenair, Ridgeview, and Swan Canyon. Abigail's responsibilities in the office include newsletter editor, social media coordinator and web site manager. Other areas of responsibility include the Natural Resources and Culture Committee, the CDBG program, and environmental and educational issues.
A native San Diegan, she graduated from the University of California San Diego with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, with a minor in Communication. She is currently pursuing her Master's at San Diego State University in Public Administration.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking and outdoor sports such as biking, rock climbing and tennis.
