"Official Automobile Dealership" of the City of San Diego

On December, 7, 2004, McCune Chrysler-Jeep and the City of San Diego entered into a three year Marketing Partnership Agreement whereby McCune Chrysler-Jeep agreed to provide the City 16 Jeep brand vehicles for use by the San Diego Lifeguard beach patrol fleet. These vehicles include 11 Jeep Wranglers and 5 Jeep Grand Cherokees.

The City benefits directly through a reduction in the number of vehicles we must purchase and McCune Chrysler-Jeep benefits by gaining increased name-brand recognition through logo displays on Lifeguard patrol vehicles, exclusive rights to promote a special employee purchase program to City employees, retirees and their families and a presence on the City's award winning webpage.
