What is my zone?

• "Official" Zoning Map allows you to view where your property is located on the City’s Zoning Map. You can view your property visually on the City’s grid map or enter the address of your property. The “More Information” link provides additional details about your property such as the zoning name and the relevant Planning and Zoning Municipal Code adopted for your property’s district.

• Overlay Zones and Requests for Other Zoning Information allows you to use an online request form for CURRENT overlay zone and other zoning information on properties in the City of San Diego. You can also download the Parcel Information Checklist (PIC) (DS-302) (PDF: 469K Form Filler) and fax it to (619) 446-5050.
