Deposit Account

A Deposit Account is necessary to process Discretionary Permits and Approvals. The initial deposit is drawn against to pay for the review of your project. Refer to Information Bulletin 503: Fee/Deposit Schedule for Development & Policy Approvals/Permits (PDF: 74K) for more detailed information including initial deposit requirement amounts based on project type.
