I CODE ACADEMY

The "I" Code Academy is designed to provide local design, construction and inspection community a working knowledge of the soon to be adopted 2006 International Building Code (IBC) and International Fire Code (IFC). Part II commences in July with a series of Structural design classes targetted to engineers that enforce and comply with structural requirements of the building code.

SELF CERTIFICATION FOR COMPLETENESS REVIEW CLASS

The purpose of this class is to obtain Self Certification for Completeness Review. The program is used for condo conversions and creations through a Map Waiver/Tentative Map process and Parcel Map/Final Map for condo conversions and creations with no required public improvement or grading approvals. This program allows pre-qualified applicants to choose to submit their projects for distribution without first submitting one set to be reviewed for completeness by submittal staff.
