On February 28, 2006 the City Council adopted the Official Zoning map.

background information on the development of the Official Zoning
Map. The data used in the development of this digital
form of the Official Zoning Map represents the base zoning for
properties within the City of San Diego. The Official Zoning
map is available for
review by selecting view a property on the
zoning map. In addition
to base zoning, properties may be subject to overlay zones. The
Development Services Department is in the process of adding overlay
zones to the Official
Zoning Map. Until then please see additional information
regarding Overlay Zones and Requests
