Just Call
JUST CALL is an automated citizen information system designed to provide you with recorded answers to the most frequently asked questions about City services and programs 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
You'll find information on important community resources such as the City's parks and libraries, programs ranging from recycling to fire and crime prevention, activities and meetings, and certain non-City programs we've found to be of interest to many of our residents and visitors.
How to use JUST CALL:
- From a touch tone telephone, call the JUST CALL service and enter the 3-digit code for any messages in the brochure.
- You may enter a code at any time.
- To hear another message, just press the desired code whenever you're ready.
- You may listen to up to four message per call.
To obtain a listing of the 340 messages and corresponding 3-digit codes:
- View and/or print the JUST CALL brochure (PDF).
- Request a FAX copy of the brochure by calling the service and pressing '511'.
- Access the system and listen to the category listing by pressing '411'.
- Check the Greater San Diego telephone directory in the front section of the white pages for the published listing.
- Brochures are available at City libraries, Community Services Centers, and other City facilities.
