The Power to Conserve is in Your Hands
By cutting our energy demand by even a small amount, we can drastically reduce our chances of having blackouts and reap substantial savings on our energy bills. California is already the second most energy efficient state in the nation, but we need to do more. Every time we choose to switch off office and home watt-wasters, such as lights burning in empty rooms, we do our part to move beyond the immediate crisis and put our money to use on other things besides our electric bills.
