Contract Compliance Inspections
Bridge Inspections generally include compliance with noise control, dust control, storm-water control, traffic control, and work hours; excavation and foundation observation, pile driving, caisson construction, bent and column observation, welding, high strength bolt installation, and detailed bridge evaluations; and grade and elevation checks for public improvements, storm-drain improvements, curb, gutter, pedestrian ramps and sidewalk compliance with Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction and the Regional Standard Drawings, including appropriate supplements.
Building Inspections generally include grading and earthwork, lateral inspections of water and sewer from building to public right-of-way, plumbing, mechanical and electrical oversight, roofing, exterior building material, interior building material, furnishings and fixtures, landscaping, and on-site improvements.
Public Street Inspections generally include compliance with noise control, dust control, storm-water control, traffic control and work hours; observation of grading and earthwork, street demolition, street repair, grade and elevation checks for public improvements, storm-drain improvements, curb, gutter, pedestrian ramps and sidewalk compliance with Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction and the Regional Standard Drawings, including appropriate supplements; traffic signal/loop installations, water and sewer lateral tie-ins from private property to the public system, and landscaping where specified.
Water and Sewer Infrastructure Inspection generally include compliance with noise control, dust control, storm-water control, traffic control and work hours; observation of excavations, bedding placement, pipe installation, backfill placement, chlorination of water lines, bacteria testing, pressure/leak tests, elevation and slope checks, and street repair.
