Engineering & Capital Projects Department's goal is to provide a full range of engineering services to construct new and revitalize, reinvest, and renew various types of infrastructure which meets and exceeds our communities needs and expectations.

The Capital Improvement Program (CIP) covers a wide range of projects. The significance of these award winning projects highlights our dedication to excellence. These award winning projects:

• Promote excellence in management
• Use good construction management techniques
• Demonstrate protection of the environment through mitigation strategies
• Employ community relations effort to incorporate their input in design development and minimize public inconvenience during construction
• Illustrate exceptional efforts to maintain quality control, construction innovation, and value engineering
