CIP Accessibility Review Process

The department’s CIPs are reviewed for compliance with the Federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)/Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG) and City’s policies, regulations, and standards on accessibility. In cases where a CIP is not required to obtain a building permit, this section reviews the project for compliance with Title 24.
