The Engineering and Capital Project Department provides design and construction management for hundreds of construction projects located throughout the City to maintain the health, well-being and necessities of our growing communities. From construction work on underground water and sewer lines in the public right-of-way, to more visible projects such as bridges, parks, and library improvements, our goal is to addresses our infrastructure needs with a comprehensive approach which will enable "America's Finest City" to continue supporting the high quality of life as we know it.
