The City of San Diego’s Energy Conservation & Management
Division is part of the Environmental Services Department. We
were formed in response to the 2001 Energy Crisis to pursue
the City of San Diego’s long-term goal of energy independence.
We are committed to both our citizens and the environment. Together
we can make a difference on the current energy situation and
create a sustainable long-term energy future.
