San Diego Region's 30-Year Energy Infrastructure Study
The San Diego Regional Energy Infrastructure Study, commissioned by San Diego area agencies including the City of San Diego, was completed January 2003 when the public comment and technical review ended.
The study provides an integrated and comprehensive analysis of the electricity and natural gas supply and demand inventory and issues. Findings from the study will form the basis for recommendations of cost-effective strategies to achieve a reliable and affordable energy future for the San Diego region over the next 30 years. The report was completed by San Diego-based Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC).
