FROM NORTH: Go south on Interstate 15. Exit Balboa Avenue and travel west .5 mile to Viewridge Avenue. Go south (left hand turn from Balboa Avenue) 500 feet to Ridgehaven Court. Turn east (left hand turn) and travel to the end of the cul-de-sac, where the Environmental Services Department building is located.
