All sectors of our community are part of creating a more sustainable community, and working together strengthens our efforts. For these reasons, the City has connected with businesses, government entities, academia, and nonprofit organizations to find more sustainable ways of living, learning, and doing business.
The Climate Wise-Energy StarŪ Alliance is the connection with the business community. The Cities for Climate Protection (CCP) Campaign allows us to collaborate with other municipalities from around the world to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. And through our Surveys, we can connect with the residents of San Diego to create a dialogue about what matters most to the future of this region.
