About EOC
The City of San Diego's Equal Opportunity Contracting (EOC) Program is a leader and partner in public contracting for the City and the community we serve. The goals of EOC include:
- Enhancing diversity and safeguarding against discrimination in City contracts;
- Ensuring fairness in the expenditure of taxpayer dollars;
- Enforcing federal, state, and City equal opportunity laws;
- Conducting broad outreach efforts within the contracting community;
- Providing technical assistance to small and emerging contractors; and
