The Business Opportunities Center offers services geared to aid in the growth of small and emerging business contractors through four programs:

• Minor Construction Program
• Small Business Contractor Assistance Program
• Outreach Efforts
• Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Certification - a partner in the Unified Certification Program which increases firms' visibility in the contracting arena.

Public Agency Consortium (PAC) Contractor Directory - Information about a database of participants who are willing to work on public agency contracts.
