The Business Opportunities Center offers services geared to aid in the growth of small and emerging business contractors through four programs:

• Small Local Business Enterprise (SLBE) Program - The effective date of this program is July 2010.

• Outreach Efforts
• Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Certification - a partner in the Unified Certification Program which increases firms' visibility in the contracting arena.
