Minor Construction Program
The Minor Construction Program offers for bid City of San Diego construction contracts $250,000 and under to a registered list of small and emerging construction businesses only.
Benefits include:
- Competition to bid on projects is limited to other small and emerging businesses
- Personalized assistance from City staff
- Fewer Bonding requirements on small-sized projects less than $100,000
- Fewer Insurance requirements plus access to a low-cost insurance program (SPARTA)
Registration: Minor Construction Application and Instructions (PDF: 570K) - Contractors License is required.
Current Projects: Minor Construction Current Project Bid List (PDF: 11K) - You must be a currently registered Minor Construction contractor to submit a bid on a Minor Construction project.
