The Mission of the San Diego Architecture and Engineering Recruitment Consortium is to develop a public-private partnership to encourage interest and diversity in engineering and architectural careers through recruitment, guidance, mentoring and support.
The City of San Diego would like to increase the level of participation of diverse groups in all of the City and Federal contracting activities, including the work forces of architecture & engineering firms who do business with the City.
To assist firms to recruit for diversity in professional work forces, the City and its private partners have joined in a Recruitment Consortium, to share our resources and find solutions. We hope the Consortium and its activities and resources will help engineering and architecture firms achieve diversity in the work force, and that the diversity in the work force will be a strength in future partnerships with the City of San Diego.
