Bids be rejected as "non-responsive" if:

• Required outreach documentation not received with 5 working days; or
• Indicator Points total less than 80; or
• Any sub-bid was rejected for unlawful discriminatory reasons

Current subcontractor substitution law for public work remains in effect:

• Prior written approval must be received; and
• Outreach efforts to acquire new subcontractor will be assessed.

Check your contract documents to see if you have enough time to get all your solicitations complete and documentation in.
