Note: The proposed amendments to the Lobbying Ordinance (requiring disclosures relating to primarily formed candidate committees) were adopted by the City Council on November 27, 2012.

2009 Review of City's Lobbying Laws

Note: On November 24, 2009, the City Council approved amendments to the Lobbying Ordinance.

2008 Review of City's Lobbying Laws

Note: On January 1, 2009, the fundraising activity threshold was increased from $1,000 to $2,000. The other 2008 proposals were carried over for consideration in 2009 (see above).
