REGULAR MEETING
Item 1: Call to Order.
   
Item 2: Roll Call.
   
Item 3: Introduction.
   
  This portion of the agenda provides an opportunity for the Chairperson to provide an introduction to the forum.
   
  The next meeting of the Ethics Commission will be on Thursday, March 27, 2003, at 5:00 p.m. The Ethics Commission will meet in Closed Session from 5:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. (The public portion of the meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m., in the City Council Committee Room.)

The Ethics Commission meeting of Thursday, April 10, 2003, has been adjourned. The next meeting of the Ethics Commission will be on Thursday, April 24, 2003, at 5:00 p.m. The Ethics Commission will meet in Closed Session from 5:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. (The public portion of the meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m., in the City Council Committee Room.)
   
Item 4: Non-Agenda Public Comment.
   
  This portion of the agenda provides an opportunity for members of the public to address the Commission on items of interest within the jurisdiction of the Commission. Comments are limited to no more than three minutes per speaker. Submit requests to speak to the Commission prior to the start of meeting. Pursuant to the Ralph M. Brown Act, the Commission on any issue brought forth under "Non-Agenda Comment" shall take no discussion or action, other than a referral.
   
Item 5: Public Comment.
   
  For this portion of the agenda members of the public who have an Advanced Reservation shall be given priority to speak in accordance with times reserved. Comments are limited to no more than ten minutes per speaker.
