The City of San Diego's Fire-Rescue Department staffs 47
fire stations throughout the City to respond to emergency fire and
medical calls. San Diego City fire stations are strategically located
in neighborhoods to provide the fastest response possible.

- Cliff Rescues
- Electrical Shorts
- Emergency Medical Calls
- Explosive Devices
- Elevator Rescues
- Fuel Spills
- Fires

Some of the calls firefighters do not respond to:
- Leaky fire hydrant
