San Diego Mayor Jerry Sanders and Fire Chief Tracy Jarman officiated the Qualcomm graduation ceremonies in May 2006. Mayor Sanders declared it “Qualcomm Public Safety Day” honoring more than 70 Qualcomm employees for their volunteer service—and for Qualcomm’s leadership in public service.
