Traffic Control Permit
Traffic Control permits are required for all public improvement projects, construction projects or other work encroaching into the public right-of-way, including the sidewalks, parking spaces, medians, alleys and streets. A traffic control permit is also required for installing a temporary dumpster in the public right-of-way. This permit allows for the temporary use of a street, sidewalk or parking lane for business.

Exemptions
No exemptions. Permits may be revoked or denied by the City Engineer for violations.

All permits are subject to City inspections.

Download and complete:
- Traffic Control Plan/Permit Form (DS-269)
- Project Contacts Information (DS-345)
- Submit a Traffic Control Plan.
- Noise Permit may be required.
Step 5
You will be required to upload the completed documents from Step 3. Submitting without all the requirements will result in delays.
