The Human Resources Department's mission is to provide a connection between management and employees in an effort to enhance morale and productivity, limit job turnover, support a responsive and innovative workforce, and help the City deliver services in a fiscally-sound, efficient manner. The Department is composed of various independent programs and activities that include Labor Relations, Employee Learning and Development, Reasonable Accommodations, Citizen Assistance Program, and the City's Volunteer Program.
