Judith Stone, Executive Assistant to the Independent Budget Analyst

Judith Stone joined the Office of the Independent Budget Analyst (IBA) as the Executive Assistant to the Independent Budget Analyst at its conception in January 2006.

Judith has served the City of San Diego since 1974. She has progressively advanced through a variety of increasingly responsible positions throughout the City. Prior to this position, Judith was the Executive Assistant to the City Manager from 2002 to 2005.
