Judith Stone is the Executive Assistant to the Independent Budget Analyst.

Ms. Stone has served the City of San Diego since 1974. She has progressively advanced through a variety of increasingly responsible positions throughout the City. For the past three years, she was the Executive Assistant to the City Manager.
