City of San Diego/MTDB Authority

The City of San Diego/MTDB Authority is a joint powers authority formed between the City of San Diego and the San Diego Metropolitan Transit Development Board to assist the City with financing public improvements. The bonds issued by the City of San Diego/MTDB Authority are secured by revenues consisting of lease payments made by the City.
