Marks-Roos Bonds were issued by the Public Facilities Financing Authority of the City of San Diego. The Public Facilities Financing Authority of the City of San Diego is a joint powers authority formed between the City of San Diego and the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Diego. Marks-Roos bonds issued by the Public Facilities Financing Authority of the City of San Diego pursuant to the Marks-Roos Bond Pooling Act of 1985 are payable from and secured by certain unpaid reassessments against properties located in the City's Reassessment District No. 1999-1, and from other specified sources. The City has undertaken the responsibility to provide continuing disclosure for the benefit of the owners of the bonds.
