Returning Lifeguard School

The following is all of the information for seasonal personnel for their return to work for Summer 2008.

This applies only to seasonal lifeguards who are already employed by San Diego Fire-Rescue/Lifeguard Services.

MUST RETURN the following:

• Assignment Form (PDF: 65K)
• Copy of Driver's License
• Driver's License/Insurance Form (PDF: 14K)
• EMT (if applicable)
