Jo Anne SawyerKnoll is the Deputy Chief Operating Officer for Ethics and Integrity. Her office is tasked with fostering and promoting a strong ethical culture in City government. Her understanding and commitment to ethics and integrity issues dates back to her tenure as trial counsel and later senior litigator for the State Bar of California. Formerly General Counsel for San Diego City Schools, SawyerKnoll is a graduate of Ball State University with a B.S. in Social Studies and Afro-American Studies. She is also a graduate of Indiana University Law School. |
