Report Form

This form is not for reporting sewer spills. This form is your field report. It lets the Metropolitan Wastewater Department know that you were walking in the canyon.

Please fill out the field report after you walk through a canyon. In doing so, you play an important role in preventing canyon sewer spills.

Remember if you see a real or potential spill report it immediately… Call the Sewer Emergency Hotline at 619-515-3525!
