Encroachments in the Public Right-of-Way

As regulated by San Diego Municipal Code, Section 129.0702(a)(2):
  • No object (e.g., structure, basketball hoop, etc.) is to be placed in the public right-of-way.

  • No driveway/curb cuts are to be installed without the required public right-of-way permits.
