Hotels

Two hotels are slated for development at NTC. A 350-room, family-oriented hotel is proposed on the west side of the boat channel and a 500-room, business-oriented hotel is proposed on the east side near the airport. The waterfront location, visibility and ease of access to the airport make these sites ideal for hotel use. Additionally, the hotels will add to the needed hotel room stock, which will contribute to the success of the San Diego Convention Center.
