Infrastructure Improvements

With most already complete, infrastructure improvements continue to be done to ease traffic impacts and improve water, sewer, and storm drain systems. Upon their full completion, offsite traffic improvements will have been made on Harbor Drive, Rosecrans Street, Laning Road, and Lytton Street. Water and sewer utilities at Liberty Station are a blend of existing onsite mains and new mains as required to support the new development. Storm water quality management techniques were integrated into the project designs; therefore, much of the storm drain system has been replaced with new and larger pipes.
