Infrastructure Improvements

Infrastructure improvements will be done to ease traffic impacts and improve water, sewer and storm drain systems. Offsite traffic improvements will be made on Harbor Drive, Rosecrans Street, Laning Road and Lytton Street. Water and sewer utilities will be a blend of existing onsite mains and new mains as required to support the new development. Storm water quality management techniques will be integrated into the project design; therefore, much of the storm drain system will be replaced with new and larger pipes.
