Liberty Station

Liberty Station will feature three distinct residential neighborhoods, which are planned at the south end of NTC. These neighborhoods, Admiralty Row, Beacon Point and Anchor Cove will blend in with the surrounding Point Loma Community and feature floor plans ranging from two to four bedrooms. Construction of Admiralty Row and Beacon Point is now underway. Construction of Anchor Cove is expected in early 2003. The model homes are open for public viewing.

The design of the three residential neighborhoods pays tribute to the architectural history of San Diego. Admiralty Row and Beacon Point showcase the eclectic mix of Spanish, Mediterranean and Italian designs. Anchor cove offers architecture reminiscent of early California mission buildings.
