Land Use of NTC

NTC has been planned as a 361-acre neighborhood with a mix of uses that combine to create an urban village. Liberty Station is the portion of the NTC Redevelopment Project Area that the Master Developer is responsible for. It is a master planned development that includes residential, commercial, recreational, and other uses in a pedestrian-oriented environment served by a grid-patterned street system. In addition to Liberty Station, the Project Area includes research/monitoring laboratories, a Regional Public Safety Training Institute, military housing, and an airport expansion area.
