Senior Citizen Services
The City of San Diego Park & Recreation Department offers a wide variety of senior services throughout the city. Whether you're a senior or you have friends or family that are seniors, our Senior Citizen Services offers important information that can positively affect the health, safety and financial security of seniors.
Volunteers are key to the success of the senior office downtown San Diego, the Senior Lounge in Balboa Park, as well as the trips, dances and special events. Please contact us at (619) 236-6905 if you would like to volunteer.
Free legal assistance about general legal issues concerning seniors, 60 years or older, is available from the Senior Citizen Service Center located in the City Administration Building lobby, located at 202 C Street, in downtown San Diego. An attorney is available to provide free legal assistance on such legal issues as will and renter disputes. For an appointment to see a volunteer attorney, please call (858) 565-1392.
This service is provided by a volunteer to the City of San Diego's Senior Services Program. The City of San Diego does not endorse, sponsor, or has any other involvement and/or relationship with this provider and further disavows any responsibility or other liability for his/her advice.
