Pool Slide Rules
City Heights and Ned Baumer Pools
The following information must be posted at the entry station of the ride:
- All patrons must read and obey all posted signs.
- Obey all instructions given by Pool Staff.
- Riders must be at least 7 years of age.
- Maximum operational load: 1 person up to 300 pounds.
- Riders must be at least 48” tall to ride.
- Eyeglasses must be securely affixed to riders with head straps.
- Swim wear with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets or metal ornamentation is not permitted.
- Goggles are not permitted.
- Only one rider is permitted in the flume, single riders only.
- Human chains are strictly forbidden.
- “Remolinorca” and “The Baum” Slides must be ridden feet first with the rider lying on your back or in a sitting position. In the sitting position the rider descends the slide at a slower speed and in the lying position, the rider descends at a faster speed.
- Riders must wait for the signal from Aquatics personnel before starting the ride.
- Riders must keep their arms and hands inside the flumes at all times.
- Riders may not run, dive, stand, kneel, rotate or stop in the slide.
- At the end of the slide, riders must obey all instructions from the Aquatics personnel and exit quickly.

Caution: For safety reasons, pregnant women and persons with heart conditions or back trouble cannot ride this slide.
- Riders ride at their own risk.
The following information must be posted at the splash pool so riders can view the sign upon exiting the ride:
- Riders may not block the end of the slide.

Riders must leave the splash pool quickly and orderly.
- No swimming or flotation devices are allowed in the splash pool.
