Facilities
Basketball and tennis courts, a multi purpose field and softball field, a children's play area, and a community building.

Summer Camps
History of the Center
Construction began on the center in 1978 and was completed in 1979. The ballfields were added in 1982. In the 1970's, Italian and Portugese fishermen played soccer on the grounds with hundreds of fans in attendance.

From Interstate 8, travel west and turn left on to Nimitz Blvd. Take Nimitz to Rosecrans, turn right on Rosecrans to Canon Street. Turn right on Canon. The center is on the left.
The center is accessible by bus via SDMTS route 28.

Point Loma Community Recreation Council
Meets the second Thursday of January, April, August, December at 6:00 p.m. in the activity room of the Cabrillo Recreation Center. In addition, there will be meetings at 6:00 p.m. on July 13th and October 12th.
