Recreation Center Hours
Monday to Friday
2:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.
Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.

Facilities
Children’s play area, a multi purpose room with a kitchen, craft room, meeting rooms, a gazebo and amphitheater, fitness course and two full, four half basketball courts.

History of the Center
The center was dedicated in 1998 offering the community a large open space park with a gazebo that is very popular for special event rentals.

From Interstate 15 North, take the Ted Williams Parkway/Freeway exit and continue on the 56 West Freeway (Ted Williams). Exit at Black Mountain Road. Turn right and proceed to Oviedo Street, turn right. Go to the top of the hill. The center is on the right.
From Interstate 15 South, From Interstate 15 South, take the Ted Williams Parkway/Freeway exit. Turn left at the stop light and proceed on to the 56 West Freeway (Ted Williams). Exit at Black Mountain Road. Turn right and proceed to Oviedo Street, turn right. Go to the top of the hill. The center on the right.
The center is not accessible by bus.

Rancho Peñasquitos Recreation Council
Meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of the month at 7:30 p.m. Meetings are held at the Canyonside Recreation Center, excluding December, when the meeting will be at the Hilltop Recreation Center on the second Thursday of the month.
Also, no meeting in November
